How long does shipping take for sports equipment?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger items like treadmills or weight benches, delivery may take 7-10 business days via our specialized two-man delivery service.

What is your return policy for fitness gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like inner-ear headphones or used towels cannot be returned.

Do you offer assembly services for large gym equipment?

Yes, we offer professional installation and assembly services for most heavy gym equipment. You can select the 'Installation' option at checkout for an additional fee.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All products sold on Sweatband come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended warranties on frames and motors which are detailed on the specific product pages.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
