The TG500 is a heavy-duty FID bench with a 3-position seat and a multi-position backrest with decline, flat, upright (top position 70 degrees) and 5 incline positions. For great workout variety, it has a 4-position preacher curl pad, a detachable curl yoke bar, and a padded leg developer. The ST1000 squat stands can be used with standard and Olympic sized bars and offer a stable H-shaped base, as well as 12 rack levels and 6 spotter levels.
